These are the two of the main characters of the story: Nait and Myakio. This drawing's supposed to be from Chapter 1.

This is Saight. She's rather a back-sort of character. She doesn't actually meet the others 'till later. She hates Cliare.

Now, this is Keilah, the second main character. I think she sees a spider web, or something...?

Meet Cliare, boistrous and loud, yet kind and helpful. She's quite spoiled, but she likes giving as well. She is Saight's younger sister.

This is Tajuiri. She's a bird-person. She's shy, and is partially mute.

Heh, this is Keilah's armadillo-thing. He eats mice and he hates green peppers.

This is Sellís. Heh, she was such a nutcase. Well, I haven't told who exactly she was in the story, so I can't tell you now. All I can say is that she's very excited to see her boyfriend.

She's speaking in Spanish, and here are the translations:

"¡Pan!" = "Bread!"

¡ = !

¡Café! = Coffee!

The slogan "Beber. Comer. Hablar. Riender. Café." = "Drink. Eat. Talk. Laugh. Coffee."

Pan de perfección = bread of perfection

Here's Sartes and his street- urchin girlfriend. She's probably trying to theif something from him...

<----- Okey-dokey, this is Carin Timavera.
He's...well, he's like Raul in Phantom of the Opera. In fact, the whole love-triangle-thing with Sartes, Corjiana, and Carin is like Phantom of the Opera.
I mean, there's the girl - though I really hope Corjiana isn't as stupid as that girl - and then the jerk guy. And then there's the nice guy who everybody except the readers and jerk guy likes.
Which of the guys do I like better, do you ask?

Technically, this is no longer Almonds and Mints. This is a drawing of the Sequel - whatever its name shall be has not been decided yet. (please vote on the A.M. page!)

Anyway, this is Clarence. Yes, you may laugh, but this is him. He and Anamarie get married, and these are their first three children. Don't be fooled, though - Clarence and Ana go on to have NINE kids altogether! They're crazy!

Yeah. Anyway, the eldest son (behind Clarence) is named Alvaro. The girl (who is hugging him)'s name is Paquita (it's really sweet and cheesy at the same time - that's what Mya always wanted her name to be). The baby (well...he's mostly naked, but Clarence quickly covered him with a cloth) is named Cheche.

And if you're wondering, Clarence does NOT have dung on his sleeve, pocket, or hands. That's ink. (right, Bitten...) Really! He becomes a scribe! (not-convinced readers roll their eyes)
